Entering Wynn's Hotel is like traveling back in time to the turn of the nineteenth century. Beautiful mahogany woodwork, ceilings with gorgeous moldings, huge mirrors that reflect the constellation gleam of brass chandeliers, a glimmering dining room, a bar/tearoom where ladies murmur to each other over tea and scones . . . even a doorman to help with luggage and information. Our bedroom was small but elegant, with a charming Edwardian bathroom (modern shower and towel warmer). Unfortunately, the area around Wynn's no longer matches the hotel's stately beauty -- downtown Dublin is not exactly seedy, but rundown despite its many monuments. Still, many sites of interest are within a short hike for the curious. Wynn's is well worth a stay for anyone who would like to experience the refinement of an age before Holiday Inns.

Dublin is home to more than a quarter of the entire Republic of Ireland’s population and was originally founded as a Viking settlement. A lot has changed from those Viking days, and Dublin is now famous for its literary history and the most green spaces of any European capital, making Dublin a real Irish gem.
Dublin Castle is at the heart of the city's history and Trinity College houses the renowned Book of Kells, a beautifully illustrated manuscript from circa 800 AD. The Ha’penny Bridge is the city’s most photographed landmark and the statue of Molly Malone celebrates the heroine of Dublin’s unofficial anthem.
Dublin is home to many important literary figures including Oscar Wilde, William Yeats, Samuel Beckett and George Bernard Shaw. As the famous location of James Joyce’s “Ulysses”, the city offers tours tracing the protagonist’s footsteps.
As one of the youngest European cities, Dublin has vibrant nightlife with the popular Temple Bar area and plenty of bars and pubs, which invite you to stay out until the wee hours of the morning.
Dublin Airport is the gateway to your Irish vacation, so whether you’re looking for a stylish hotel, an independent apartment or a trendy hostel, Booking.com has a perfect deal for your Dublin trip.
I would recommend any of the tours. The Celtic Nights dinner Show and the Irish Trad house party dinner and show have been a favorite. The Hop On Hop Off Bus is great for first timers since it gives you a great view and layout of the city. My travelers enjoy the skip the line Jamesons and Guinness Tour, and The Book Of Kells tour.

Dublin is great!
Dublin is great!
A lot of culture, museums, brewery, distilleries, pubs, restaurants and especially a lot of very good live music in nearly every pub, daily!
And, if it is all to busy for you, take a bustour to the coast or into the mountains, great landscape, with also a lot of history.

Dublin is a very walkable city.
Dublin is a very walkable city. We loved just walking around the city and seeing most of the major sites. It was raining one day but it was not a problem - we would just go into a museum and be surprised. I recommend talking to the people in Dublin - they are very helpful and friendly.

There is plenty to see and do in Dublin itself as well as the outlying areas. Temple bar is a good place to start but be careful as prices can be high in this area. The transport system is adequate with plenty of buses and this is supplemented by the Luis tram service. The fares are quite cheap especially when you look at the prices for buses and trams in England.
This hotel was so cute! I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms. The bed was comfy. I also enjoyed the smell of the shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The staff was very friendly. My flight landed around 5am in Dublin and I went straight to the hotel so I could have them hold my luggage. They were actually able to let me check in right then which was so nice and convenient. I was able to take a nap for a bit before I spent my first day In Ireland. I would stay at this hotel again.
We ended up staying for over a week due to a family member being hospitalized. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The value for staying a full week was very reasonable for Dublin City centre.. breakfast was first class and great variety.. even though we didn't avail of it it was great to have the option of music ever night..
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that may be needing accommodation near the mater or even a long weekend in Dublin
I loved this hotel, maybe my favourite hotel in Dublin along with sister hotel The Mayson! The staff were so friendly, and the rooms are fab! The food was so good, and location is perfect for access to everything in Dub City Centre by foot! The heated outdoor pool was my favourite part, also checking out at 12 and being able to use the facilities after check out made ahuge difference to our stay
This was our second stay at Pembroke during our time in Ireland and we loved just as much as the first time! Lots of nice pubs within walking distance. About 30 minute walk into downtown Dublin and a 30 minute drive to the airport. It was great location for exploring. The rooms were also beautiful and super comfortable. And the 24 hour front desk helped us with everything we could possible need!
Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had on our entire visit in Ireland...We didn't have it the first of our two days's stay--simply tired of restaurant/hotel food. The second day, we decided to enjoy the breakfast, and we were impressed both with the breakfast room (a gem) and the buffet quality. Breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs were the best we had in Ireland!
All in all, the staff were excellent and kind. Catered to every need. The location was very good as well with the luas line right outside the hotel. The room comfortability was also a 10/10. It was also very quiet outside but still very close to the city centre. Would highly recommend for couples trying to have a nice getaway in Dublin!
Albany House was so close to the center of the city and right next to a beautiful park. It was our first time in the city and we were able to walk everywhere right from the hotel. The staff was incredible and so friendly. They made our stay very warm and welcoming; and the breakfast was amazing! Will stay again next time in Ireland!
The location is excellent as you can get a local bus straight from the airport to the hotel and also to go into Dublin city centre. The bedroom was good in terms of space, very clean and comfy. The bathroom was a very good size too. Breakfast was also very good, a fair amount of choice
The food was excellent in both the bar and breakfast. Very varied breakfast menu best I've seen in a hotel in Ireland. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Very handy location for attending the Theatre and the Aviva Stadium. About 20 minutes walk into town from this hotel.
Very good stay in Staycity Aparthotels Dublin City Centre.
Great central location not far from Dublin touristic areas. Nice and modern common spaces and apartment.
Very nice staff that is here to welcome you and help you during your stay. Special thanks to Vicky for her help !
The staff was exceptional. My room was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Stayed in 4 different hotels in Ireland and this was by far my favorite. Had air conditioning which was wonderful due to the heat wave of the first few days. Great breakfast buffet.
Convenience in city centre. Comfortable very nice food and lovely bar staff very welcoming. All in all we had a very pleasant stay will certainly be staying there anytime I am in Dublin and have recommended the hotel to my family friends.
A thoroughly charming hotel with everything you'd want -- helpful staff, spacious room for two, an on-site pub and restaurant. The beds were the most comfortable we'd slept in over a 12-day visit to Ireland. An unqualified success!
Sophisticated, beautifully furnished room. Perfect location in the centre of Dublin but very quiet. Excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the city centre. Two-course breakfast from a menu - very tasty.
I loved this hotel. Very central and with great views of Dublin City centre. It was also great value. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great bar and dining area. Great mix of guest. I will stay here again.
Nice hotel. Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff on reception. Very convenient for Temple Street hospital and also for Dublin city centre. Secure parking at back of hotel. 10e charge for car park.
